Retail and Leisure Customers and major plc multi national housing developers, Banks and Investment companies, new premises for cash handling activities, new build projects for Ministry of Defence (MOD) research and development facilities, textile testing laboratories and calibration laboratories. We have also undertaken Business Park development projects, Urban Regeneration and Town Centre redevelopments, Pharmaceutical premises and waste transfer and processing units. Factory and warehouse premises for the food industry and meat processing facility, together with private commissions for valued individual clients.

The scope of services we offer include Planning Consultancy, feasibility studies and scheme design layouts. Grant applications where appropriate, applications for Planning and Building Regulation approvals. Specialist design and Production Information drawings and Specifications.
Project Planning, tendering, cost advice and monitoring, co-ordination of Building Operations on site, Contract Administration through to the completion of works. We also offer full Planning Coordination and appointment as a CDM Planning Coordinator for projects falling within the remit of “The Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2007″.
